ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is completely self-contained, has full central heating, and is available all year round for holiday rental on a
weekly or short break basis.
Bed linen, bath towels, and tea towels are provided.
We regret that pets are not permitted, and that the apartment is non-smoking.
The accommodation comprises the following facilities:
- ENTRANCE HALL: Door from the outside leading into large entrance hall. Plenty of space for coats and boots. Attractive Welsh dresser for extra storage space, and stairs to first floor bedroom.
- LOUNGE: Comfortable sofa and chairs. Freeview TV and DVD player. CD player and Radio. Dining table and chairs.
- KITCHEN: Fully equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge with small freezer compartment. Additional freezer space is available in the shared utility if required.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: Access to the laundry room is available upon request.
- BATHROOM: Handbasin and toilet. Electric shaver point. Bath with shower over.
- BEDROOM: Large bedroom with beams and some exposed brick and flint walls. King size bed. Large wardrobe with plenty of storage.
- GARDEN: Access to the main garden and small seating area.
- PARKING: There are spacious and secure parking facilities.
- BICYCLE STORAGE: We can provide safe storage for bicycles.
The Goodshed is a fully equipped self catering holiday apartment.
