The Apartment is completely self-contained, has full central heating, and is available all year round for holiday rental on a weekly or short break basis. Bed linen and tea towels are provided, but we do ask guests to bring their own towels, or we can provide them at a small extra charge. We regret that pets are not permitted, and the apartment is non-smoking.
The accommodation comprises:-
Door from the outside leading into large entrance hall. Plenty of space for coats and boots. Attractive Welsh dresser for extra storage space, and stairs to first floor bedroom.
Lounge: Comfortable sofa and chairs. Freeview TV and DVD player. CD player and Radio. Dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Access to laundry room available on request.
Bathroom: Handbasin and toilet. Electric shaver point. Bath with power shower over.
Bedroom: Large bedroom with beams and some exposed brick and flint walls. King size bed. Large wardrobe with plenty of storage.
Outside there is a small seating area and access to the main gardens. There are spacious and secure parking facilities, and we can provide safe storage for bicycles.
